Background
Our client, a rapidly scaling UK lender, were looking to improve the credit risk capability in the business to help support their growth ambitions and protect the business through current market challenges
As part of this wider objective, management understood that their current reporting suite was below the standard required and would certainly not be future-proof should the portfolio continue on its growth trajectory
With the need for a quick step up in reporting quality, and without the internal expertise to execute this improvement, our client signed up to our monthly credit risk reporting service, Vestigo Vision
