Vestigo Trading Update

Vestigo is pleased to mark a successful start for our exciting new business. We have had the pleasure to be involved in many varied and interesting projects in this early stage of our company, successfully adding value through our practitioner experience and data analytics expertise.

Project highlights include:

• Assisting a start-up lending platform with underwriting and credit risk scorecard builds
• Buy-side advisory on the due diligence of several UK-based alternative lending businesses for multiple investment firms, including full operational reviews, data interrogation and cash flow forecasts
• Valuation of NPL transactions for a leading debt purchaser
• Capital and impairment model validation for a major UK bank, liaising with multiple project stakeholders and ownership of final model output
• Full design of a best practice reporting suite for the entire credit risk cycle for a growing lending business
