Simultaneously a comprehensive credit risk pack for portfolio monitoring was created. This was reviewed and explained to the senior team
An automated process was built to manipulate the data and populate the template
Due to ongoing constraints within the client business, the Vestigo team owned and ran this process on a monthly basis. A Vestigo partner presented the report at the client’s risk committee
